What is required in the current manufacturing process is not about an inspection finding defective products but an aggressive inspection in order to know what should be done to prevent the production of defective products.
The feeder is motorized to stabilize board mounting. In the conventional SMT process, inspection equipment is placed after reflow , and the main purpose has been to prevent defects from flowing to the subsequent process.
At the same time, we have also installed an inspection equipment even before reflow to enhance the inspections. Even if we discover defective products within the production line we would handle them completely so no defective products would be released from the external.
