Our workers

Interview01
Ms.N
Quality Control Division Chief

I value the fact that I'm not working alone.

What kind of work do you do now?
“I was in charge of the interim inspections during assembly up until it was taken over. I do manufacturing now. I’m currently in charge of finished product inspection and shipping inspection.”
Is your work productive?
“I’ve been entrusted with the inspection of finished products, which is a very fulfilling job. When I work, I feel a sense of responsibility. I recently passed the third level of the QC exam and I’d like to continue working even if I get married.”
“Please do so, even if you get married!”
“What are you particular about in your work?”
“Since my job is to inspect finished products, my highest priority is to make sure there are no defective products. I’d also like to work harder at being more conscious of the process at the next station whether it be packaging or whatsoever. I value the fact that I’m not working alone.”
Do you have any memorable mistakes that you’ve made?
When I was just starting my work as a shipping inspector, I had submitted a product with its attachment missing. At the time, I had it confused it for another product that had been sent back for a check because of a scratch. I didn’t even realize it until the next day when I received a call from the manufacturing department telling me there were spare attachments. I was scolded pretty bad by the manager. Since then, I have been even more careful in my inspections.”
“The incident made me want to be more proactive so I studied hard and passed the third level of the QC certification test. Although I don’t need the knowledge I gained from the certification yet in my daily work, I’m glad I took it because it gave me a professional perspective of quality. When I studied for the test, I studied the mindset of how I would perform on the test, but when it comes to practical use, I’m realizing that’s not enough. I am eager to get to a stage where I can put my knowledge into practical use.”
How is the company's atmosphere?
Many people are easy to talk to and everyone is quite friendly. I think it's an environment where it's easy to express opinions.
Lastly, please tell us what your current work goals are.
Next year, I will be taking the QC exam level 2, so I want to study hard and obtain it for sure!
