We perform integrated contract manufacturing from board mounting to assembly of system PC’s and precision equipment.
We manage an open production line for medium-lot production as well as a high precision production system centered on cell production for a wide range of product and small lots.
By using a variety of production methods, we are able to meet the needs of our customers.

SMT line model and lot change work completed in 15 minutes

In order to handle small lots and a wide variety of products efficiently, feeders must be prepared in advance on a batch change cart. The large number of feeders our company has prepared has allowed us to change the line model and lot in 15 minutes. Our feeder motorization rate is 80%.
With the new SMT line, objects that were previously impossible or difficult to mount are able to be mounted securely.

Inspection of small lots of multiple products.

The machines used for mounting are not much different from any other company, but we strongly value the way we use them. Our company manufactures high-mix small lot products using the same machines used for mass production, with automatic and visual inspection.
We should be precise considering it is small lots, a wide variety of products, and quick delivery.
We are thoroughly particular about our products quality.

Close cooperation with our China EMS factory

The China factory (Dongguan Raisei Electronics Co., Ltd.) and the Meiwa factory in Japan (Mie Prefecture) are equipped with the same model of SMT line and inspection equipment in order to ensure close cooperation between the two factories. In addition, when products manufactured in the China factory are shipped to Japan, they can be inspected at the Meiwa Factory (Mie Prefecture).
We also have a personnel exchanges with our Chinese factory every year. About 20 people from the China factory visit the Meiwa factory annually to conduct training to improve mutual communication and standardize production technology.

We use 99.9999% pure nitrogen

We use liquid nitrogen with a purity of 99.9999% for all manufacturing process, from SMT reflow and DIP baths to manual work with a soldering iron.
We continue to pursue quality down to the smallest detail in order to reduce the incidence of solder crumbling and cracking due to external factors to "0".
The DIP tanks are manufactured by dividing into SnAgCu line and SnCuNi line according to the manufacturing process.

Even faster SMT program

With the introduction of the new SMT program creation system, it is now possible to shorten the program creation process which previously took several hours, to a few dozen minutes.
We are able to respond to our customers' requests quickly and accurately, and we have increased accuracy by responding to small lot production and high mix production.

We can also manufacture circuit boards of 500mm x 400mm.

We also manufacture circuit boards used for highways. We can manufacture up to 500mm x 400mm.

From manual soldering to automatic spot soldering machines

In manual soldering, the soldering process temperature is high, also it is performed by the workers level and because of the variation in quality, we have introduced an "automatic spot soldering machine" to reduce the burden on the circuit board caused by heat and N2 (nitrogen gas) is blown out during the process to achieve uniformity of soldering and stability of quality.

By programming and robotizing the fine manual movements of our skilled workers, we have made it possible to perform hand soldering by utilizing the advantages of delicate hand soldering even with a machine.

Upon requests, we would set up a private manufacturing site where entry is restricted with an IC card for fabless companies and development companies that do not have their own factory and you may use it like it is your own.
